Pet Line Branding
Role: Brand Designer, Packaging Designer, Creative Director
Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Pantone Connect
I developed the full brand identity for this pet-focused textile line, starting with the collection name, logo, icon design, font selection, and color palette. The goal was to strike a balance between a spa-like, soothing aesthetic and a whimsical, pet-friendly tone—setting the foundation for all future packaging and presentation.
Once the branding was established, I moved into the packaging design phase. I worked within a pre-determined fold size and incorporated product-driven visuals, including showcasing the embroidered paw motif. When the final product color palette was released, I carefully integrated those tones into the packaging design to maintain consistency and reinforce the “calming” brand feel across all SKUs.
My design choices focused on clear feature/benefit communication, a light and friendly tone, and structural simplicity, ensuring the packaging aligned with both the brand voice and retail display needs.
This project, created in 2022, took approximately three months from concept through completion and resulted in a cohesive brand system for a growing pet product line.
